Ingredients Fruit Free Kalettes Smoothie – Paleo, Vegan Raw Dairy Gluten Free

  • 15 Kalettes® Washed
  • ½ Organic cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ Cup parsley
  • ½ Lemon, peeled
  • ½ Avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 230ml Coconut water
  • 6 Ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and press Go.

Step 2

Make sure your blender blades are strong enough for the ice. If not place them in a tea towel and throw them together until they are ground and then add them to the smoothie. BOOM!
